2011 League Finale
As a reminder the 2011 League Finale is set for September 24th and will feature 2 rounds with the first starting at 10:30 AM and the second starting around 1:00 PM.
To see if you qualify for the finale check out the ongoing league results at http://league.edmontondiscgolf.org. If you don’t see your name or see “Attendance Too Low” sadly this means that you have failed to qualify for any payout however that does not mean that you, as an EDGA member, can’t attend and play a couple of rounds of disc.
To qualify for a full payout at your position you need to have a 65% or higher league attendance for the year. Format for payout and additional information can also be found at http://league.edmontondiscgolf.org.
Still can’t find the messageboard on this site! :)
When we last had a forum it pretty much sat unused and offered little difference to using the far more active and content rich forum at our sister site. http://albertadiscgolf.websitetoolbox.com/
EDGA should still have it’s own messageboard – especially for those travelling to the city looking for info on courses/leagues/etc. I’m just surprised this hasn’t happened yet/again. (I thought the messageboard we had before was pretty cool too!)
Also – the courses page on this site should list Edmonton area courses like Spruce Grove, Strathcona Wilderness Centre and Wetaskiwin.
Just checked out the competitive league tracker – very cool, love the stats page showing throw averages per hole! Looks like the pars are all set properly, good to see. :)
